Description Jüri Ivask 2015-09-15 10:15:15 CEST
Description of problem: after yesterdays update of plasma-workspace (and desktop-common-data?) sddm contains two entries of Plasma where the first(default) one does not launch Plasma Desktop.
Directory /usr/share/xsessions contains indeed two files for Plasma DE - 02Plasma.desktop and plasma.desktop.

The first one (02Plasma.desktop) which corresponds to the entry that does not start Plasma DE contains:
Exec=Plasma
TryExec=/usr/bin/startkde

while the second one (plasma.desktop) that works:
Exec=/usr/bin/startkde
TryExec=/usr/bin/startkde

Replacing in the first one Exec=Plasma with Exec=/usr/bin/startkde makes also the first entry to work correctly...
