compiz 0.9.12 now uses gtk3 for its gtk-window-decorator. so that we could use gtk2 less in mga6.

Hi Funda; compiz-0.9.12.2 is pushed to cauldron. Please upgrade, test. I didn't notice an issue on my MATE Desktop. So, I'm closing this bug report because package request is done. If you encounter an issue please re-open. Thank you advance
