When I install the game, Beneath a Steel Sky, it also installs Flight of the Amazon Queen and Lure of the Temptress (in several languages??). Can't these games be separated out? Reproducible: Steps to Reproduce:
Indeed, it's due to their common ScummVM interpreter which recommends all those games. # LC_ALL=C urpmi --test beneath-a-steel-sky To satisfy dependencies, the following packages are going to be installed: (test only, installation will not be actually done) Package Version Release Arch (medium "Core Release (distrib1)") lib64fluidsynth1 1.1.6 5.mga5 x86_64 scummvm 1.6.0 4.mga5 x86_64 (medium "Nonfree Release (distrib11)") beneath-a-steel-sky 1.2 7.mga5.nonfr> noarch flight-of-the-amazon-queen 1 6.mga5.nonfr> noarch (recommended) lure 1.1 6.mga5.nonfr> noarch (recommended) lure-de 1.1 6.mga5.nonfr> noarch (recommended) lure-es 1.1 6.mga5.nonfr> noarch (recommended) lure-fr 1.1 6.mga5.nonfr> noarch (recommended) lure-it 1.1 6.mga5.nonfr> noarch (recommended) 172MB of additional disk space will be used. 118MB of packages will be retrieved. Summary: Too many dependencies for RPM? => Should ScummVM recommend the installation of all its supported games?
It was a way to make easier to use scummvm, but I agree that as rpmdrake does not give a way to ignore recommends, I remove this recommends from MGA6. Still, as it is easy to remove this games after they were installed, I think this does not deserve the work of an update for MGA5, do you agree?
