Description Thomas Spuhler 2015-08-26 01:32:47 CEST
Description of problem:
Kontact often doesn't close and therefore doesn't start anymore. The kontact process needs to be manually cancelled before kontact can be restarted.

The problem is exaggerated as this version disables itself to move e-mails from one folder to another, such a deleting e-mails (= moving to the (local) Trash folder. This problem wasn't prevalent in mga4. Instead of not shutting down, kontact crashes or both.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kontact-4.14.5-1.mga5

How reproducible:
about once a day or more

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run kontact for a while (a few hours)
2. deleted e-mails
3. nothing happens except the message "trying to download the message"
4. you need to close Kontact for a restart.
5. it may not restart, so you need to kill the process manually.

I noticed, there are about 40 akonadi_agent_launcher processes running.

Reproducible:
