Description of problem:

dolphin's Detailed View Mousewheel scrolling is very small at all settings. I also tried setting the mousewheel scroll to maximum in the Plasma 5's systemsettings5 applet, and doing it in a new UNIX user account - neither of them helped.

How reproducible:

Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Invoke dolphin with a path to a directory with many files.
2. Change to Detailed View.
3. Scroll the mousewheel.

The upstream bug report says it will be fixed in 16.04, which is not released yet, so keeping this one around until then.

I should note that there's another upstream bug that affects that (even after I built the up-to-date version) and which wasn't resolved yet:

[baz@jackodesktop ~]$ rpm -q dolphin
dolphin-16.04.1-1.mga6

For me this is still not resolved in fully updated Cauldron.

Did you follow the workaround in https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=357618 and uninstalled libinput?
