Description of problem: dolphin's Detailed View Mousewheel scrolling is very small at all settings. I also tried setting the mousewheel scroll to maximum in the Plasma 5's systemsettings5 applet, and doing it in a new UNIX user account - neither of them helped. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Cauldron. How reproducible: Always. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Invoke dolphin with a path to a directory with many files. 2. Did you follow the workaround in https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=357618 and uninstalled libinput?

(In reply to Shlomi Fish from comment #1) > It's an upstream bug: > > https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=295571 > > Regards, > > -- Shlomi Fish https://run3online.pro Based on the provided information, it seems that you are encountering an issue with Dolphin file manager in KDE Plasma 5, where the mouse wheel scrolling in Detailed View is very small regardless of the settings. The issue is reproducible consistently. To address this problem, you can try the following steps: 1. Open Dolphin file manager. 2. Navigate to a directory with many files. 3. Change the view to Detailed View if it's not already selected. 4. Attempt to scroll using the mouse wheel. If the scrolling behavior remains very small and doesn't match your desired settings, you can try the following troubleshooting steps: 1. Check the mouse settings in KDE Plasma 5: Open the System Settings application (systemsettings5) and navigate to the "Input Devices" or "Mouse" section. Ensure that the mouse wheel scroll speed is set to an appropriate and desired value. 2. Update your system: Ensure that your system is up to date with the latest software updates. Run the relevant package manager command for your distribution (such as `sudo dnf upgrade` for Fedora or `sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade` for Ubuntu) to update all installed packages. 3. Check for community bug reports: Search online for any known issues or bug reports related to Dolphin and mouse wheel scrolling in Detailed View. This can help determine if the issue has been reported and if there are any workarounds or fixes available. 4. Report the issue: If you can't find any existing bug reports or solutions, consider reporting the issue to the official KDE bug tracker or forum. Provide detailed steps to reproduce the problem, your system specifications, and any relevant error messages or logs. By following these steps, you can try to troubleshoot and address the issue with Dolphin's mouse wheel scrolling behavior in Detailed View.
