Description Shlomi Fish 2015-08-10 21:00:31 CEST
Description of problem:

The applet for configuring the mouse is absent from systemsettings5's (= Plasma 5's configuration application) Input devices applet by default, and there's no way to configure double click to open items instead of single-click. I have task-plasma5 (and task-plasma5-minimal) installed.

Problem also mentioned in bug 16536.
Additionally also cursor theme selection is missing in: Appearance -> Workspace Theme

Thanks for the update - it is indeed seems to be fixed. I still have a problem with dolphin's mousewheel scrolling, but that belongs to a different bug.
