Not running in graphic mode
test in console mode :
[patrick@localhost ~]$ filezilla

I guess you install wxgtk from Core Updates Testing? wxgtk applications from Core Release are not compatible with it and need to be rebuilt against it, that's why the update candidate has not be validated [1].

Downgrade wxgtk to the Core Release version and it should work again.
