Description of problem: On my laptop (Asus UX303LN), the Mageia 5 installer does not detect the on-chip Intel wireless. However, upon reboot after installing, it works immediately with no further configuration. Actually, as far as I can remember (about Mandrake 9.1), I have never seen a Mageia/Mandriva/Mandrake installer successfully start a wireless connection on a laptop. Back when ndiswrapper was the only solution, it was not unexpected, but now it's more surprising, especially given the perfect behavior on reboot. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Mageia 5 installer from USB drive, x86_64, UEFI mode. How reproducible: Everytime at install. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Run installer from USB drive 2. At network configuration, select iwlwifi 3. Get a message that no interface is found Reproducible: Steps to Reproduce:
