Comment 2 Thomas Bigot 2015-07-27 14:29:31 CEST
Yes it is:

$ rpm -qa|grep kate
kate-15.04.3-3.mga6
kate-plugin-pate-15.04.3-1.mga6
kate-handbook-15.04.3-3.mga6
katepart-15.04.3-1.mga6
$ rpm -qa|grep ktexteditor
lib64ktexteditor4-4.14.10-2.mga6
ktexteditor-5.12.0-2.mga6

But this is the last kate (KF5), and I guess kdevelop4 uses the former one.
Comment 3 Thomas Bigot 2015-10-30 13:14:15 CET
Solved with kdevelop-4.90.90-1.mga6
