I see the new package and it's changelog, but sorry I don't see the fix:

rpm -qf /etc/mailcap.vga 
mailcap-2.0.4-26.mga2

grep Mand /etc/mailcap.vga

Good catch.
Manuel tricked me to fix the wrong patch, it contained the same Mandriva references, though. Should be fixed now for mailcap.vga.
