Description of problem: I would like to get libjs-excanvas or equivalent for it added in Cauldron as I'm trying to build Tribler from git source and according to the above "spec"-file for Debian Tribler needs it. I wrote urpmf excanvas.js in the Console window & I'm not sure if any of theese packages is the right one to install out of theese hits: astpp, ganglia-web, mercurial, ntop, openerp-server, phpmyadmin, rutorrent, sabnzbd, smolt-server, trac. The name of the source package seems to be named explorercanvas which doesn't exist in either 5 or Cauldron. If I look at http://packages.ubuntu.com/vivid/libjs-excanvas I see that it depends on javascript-common which belongs to apache2 or lighthttpd, but javascript-common.conf can't be found in Mageia 5 or Cauldron according to urpmf javascript-common.conf for some reason I don't know. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 0.r3 Reproducible: Steps to Reproduce:
Assigning this package request to all packagers collectively. On a voluntary basis, one of them might want to integrate it to the distribution and maintain it for bug and security fixes. Fedora is the only distribution where an inofficial tribler package in a 3rd party repo exists. Have a look there how they build it, as they didn't need libjs-excanvas. Closing as WONTFIX.
