Description of problem:
after longer uptime, suspending to ram fails on  wakeup


How reproducible:
Please see the kernel bug report for details - there  the reported did go through the hassle of bisecting the change...

Steps to Reproduce:
1. use the laptop for multiple hours
2. suspend to ram

the upstream has a fix.

there is a 4.1.7 in testing, does it work any better ?

already the fixes to the broadcom driver made it less likely to occur, and with the new kernel I didn't have any suspend/wakeup failures, so yes, I'd say it can be considered fixed.
