How reproducible:every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1.right-click on the application launcher icon
2.choose "Alternatives"
3.select "Application Launcher based on cascading menus"
4.click on "Switch"
5.Plasma crashes: Executable: plasmashell PID: 2418 Signal: Segmentation fault (11) Time: 19.07.15 15:42:00

Yes, I keep the system up-to-date and the crash is still present.
Hope, the attached crash report (crash.zip) is usefull...

It seems, that package kactivities-5.12.0-2.mga6 was missing.
After installing it, I was able to change application launcher from kickoff to kicker. Should it be a dependency?
However, kicker seems to be quite unstable and crashes when I right-click to some menu item... Maybe some package still missing...

tks fixed in new plasma-desktop.

Yes maybe some more rpms are missing. Do not hesitate to open a bugreport about this.
