It happened first a couple of weeks ago, after and update (don't know which). I am using intelhd drives on a thinkpad yoga 14 s3, but the problem was the same on fujitsu-siemens laptop (some i5 3rd gen.)

we don't have this plugin in the repo

Status: NEW => RESOLVED
Resolution: (none) => INVALID

Comment 3 Tamás Hajdu 2015-08-11 18:56:58 CEST
That's impossible:
# rpm -qa | grep fresh
freshplayerplugin-0.2.2-1.mga5

Status: RESOLVED => REOPENED
Resolution: INVALID => (none)

Comment 4 Manuel Hiebel 2015-08-11 19:01:18 CEST
setting to maintainer then, but I guess it's more for upstream

From what I've heard on IRC, this only affects those using Intel video chipsets, so it might be a driver bug, but I'll look into updating freshplayerplugin to see if it helps.
Comment 6 David Walser 2015-08-11 19:55:20 CEST
freshplayerplugin-0.3.1-1.mga5 is available in core/updates_testing. Please test it and let me know how it goes.
Comment 7 David Walser 2015-08-11 20:00:12 CEST
Works fine for me on Mageia 5 i586.

Advisory:
----------------------------------------

The freshplayerplugin package has been updated to version 0.3.1, which fixes
several bugs and improves compatibility with newer versions of Pepper Flash.

Tested mga5_64,

I have the same full screen issue on my Laptop Asus using Intel HD video chipsets with Optimus technology.

So this update does not fix Intel driver issue :(

Bycons yes it fixes others bugs, example: before this update it was impossible for me to see a video on youtube, no reading video because unsuccessful loading.

Now it works properly again.

OK, thanks David. Any remaining issues need to be reported upstream then.

Summary: pepper flash player fullscreen with firefox is faulty => freshplayerplugin bugfix update

I confirm that it is well a Intel video chipsets issue because if I use "optirun firefox" command now full screen show properly with Nvidia video chipsets.

I can confirm this problem it's worst with qupzilla with firefox it works in test install wiht real hw.
I get with qupzilla main install lxqt freeze totally with youtube with full screen . Freshplayerplugin seems to be quite ugly hack still and very unstable :(

Validating. Still needs advisory to be uploaded by QA though.
