It had its last release in 2010 so it's a bit old, but I'll check if it provides features that qv4l2 (v4l-utils-qt4) wouldn't have.

qv4l2 seems a bit more fancy GUI wise and to support some more parameters, but it doesn't seem to have the same option to save and load configs, so I guess v4l2ucp still has a use case. Imported in Cauldron.
