This is a new user account or are you using the same /home dir of that user? What happens if you select "yes", then log out -> log in?

>This is a new user account or are you using the same /home dir of that user? I have only 2 accounts on my Mageia system root and my user account and I use only my user account. My user account was created when I have installed Mageia Then this not a new user account and I can not use the same /home dir of another user. >What happens if you select "yes", then log out -> log in? I use KDE. First time, I'm logging to the KDE desktop and I saw the errors messages. Then I go in Mageia menu in KDE -> Quit -> Logout and I'm logging an other time with the same errors messages about sound devices problems in KDE.
Strange, I launch Firefox 4.0b11 + Flash 10.2 r152 and I go on youtube.com but I have no sound when I play a video. Then I choose to launch Konqueror to do a test and just after Konqueror launching, I have the sound that start to work for my video in Firefox !!!
1) Previously, just after login to KDE Desktop by kdm, I have an error window with title : "Sound devices card removed" and the message : KDE has detected that one or more of its internal sound devices were removed." After the following rpm packages updates, my problem with KDE error window disappeared. If this bug is fixed can we close this report? (Open a new one for freetuxtv).
@Samir, I will recompile FreetuxTV for Mageia this weekend and if it works fine, I will report it here.
OK, I take it this issue is fixed, so let's close this report.
