Description of problem: opensc3 is in the repos, but there is not devel-package for it. Somehow it got removed and is needed to build the latest version of Fribid which is used for Bank ID's here is Sweden.

For the reference, libopensc-devel was obsoleted by a bogus entry in the opencc package: https://svnweb.mageia.org/packages/cauldron/opencc/current/SPECS/opencc.spec?r1=750296&r2=822999

This should be fixed either by a freeze push that David requested, or by an update after Mageia 5 is released.

Fixed in opencc-0.4.3-5.mga5 and opensc-0.14.0-4.mga5.  Thanks for the report!
