It is better (Cauldron & Plasma5 desktop), but not fully fixed: urpmi --no-recommends kde-l10n-et The following packages have to be removed for others to be upgraded: kio-extras-5.3.2-1.mga6.i586 (due to conflicts with kde-l10n) powerdevil-5.3.2-3.mga6.i586 (due to conflicts with kde-l10n) task-plasma5-5.3.2-2.mga6.noarch (due to missing kio-extras, due to missing powerdevil) (y/N)

@ Jüri yeah, thanks, I saw something similar a few hours ago when trying to install task-plasma5: The following package has to be removed for others to be upgraded: kde-l10n-pt-15.04.3-2.mga6.noarch (due to conflicts with kio-extras-5.3.2-1.mga6.i586)
Version: 5 => CauldronWhiteboard: (none) => MGA5TOO
After yesterday's kio-extras update, now here only conflicting package remains powerdevil: urpmi --no-recommends kde-l10n-et The following packages have to be removed for others to be upgraded: powerdevil-5.3.2-3.mga6.i586 (due to conflicts with kde-l10n) task-plasma5-5.3.2-2.mga6.noarch (due to missing powerdevil) (y/N)

Please test with next powerdevil
Seems to be OK now in Plasma 5 installation here. Thanks Nicolas!

we will always have conflicts between KDE4 and plasma in mga5
Status: NEW => RESOLVEDResolution: (none) => FIXED
(In reply to Nicolas Lécureuil from comment #15) > we will always have conflicts between KDE4 and plasma in mga5 Of course! changing version back to Cauldron, without re-adding MGA5TOO, so "RESOLVED-FIXED" won't confuse anyone.
Version: 5 => Cauldron
Created attachment 7392 [details] List of conflicts I see this error in Mageia 5 with a freshly made installation and I'm not using any Testing or Backport medias. I just opened a terminal window and logged in as root and typed urpmi task-plasma5-minimal --auto. Therefor reopening it.

In mageia 5 plasma is not supposed to be installed in parallel of kde4.
