EtherApe rpm does not package the help files. Removing the line rm -rf %{buildroot}%{_datadir}/gnome should fix the bug. BTW, there is a new upstream release: 0.9.12

Yes, the current mageia spec file still deletes them. I've attached a patch with a fix.
