$ cinnamon-settings
Could not find network module; is the cinnamon-control-center package installed?
Could not find bluetooth module; is the cinnamon-control-center package installed?


and from the Network manager applet (network@cinnamon.org) you can't see network settings, it only launch cinnamon-settings, without the network module
