Description of problem: iBus IME installs but fails to start and languages are forgotten when manually starting the daemon. Only English is kept. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):ibus-1.5.8 How reproducible: After installing iBus and related dependencies and logging out and back in, the iBus icon is not present. If one starts the iBus daemon manually, the icon appears and lets one choose languages from preferences, but iBus does not remember the choices Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install iBus and related dependencies. Install Anthy and japanese fonts for Japanese. 2. Log out and back in (iBus icon should be visible in the panel, but it's not) 3. Invoke ibus-daemon mannually. Run $ pkill -9 ibus $ ps -ef | grep ibus $ /usr/bin/ibus-daemon --xim & 4. Right-click on the ibus icon and select "preferences" from menu. 5. Select tab "input method" and choose Japanese IME, add to list. 6. Close window and click on ibus icon. Only English is shown. Reproducible: Steps to Reproduce:
