foomatic-db-engine 4.0.12 is out, which fixes rhbz#1163731:

The upstream fix was included in Fedora's foomatic package as a patch:

That change conflicts with the foomatic-db-engine.cat.ppd.patch in our package that was added by tv in r140296 a long time ago.  Maybe that patch also somewhat fixes this bug; I'm not sure.  Can you please look into it and resolve this conflict?

This patch likely came from FC.
Anyway you can replace it by new FC patch IMHO.
We'll loose the "$poid = " but as we don't know why we've it, let's drop it.
