As seen in the attachment showing the Network Statistics box under Network Center, we can see some weird fonts in the white box showing circular graphs. You can reproduce them by going to network center then clicking on the available connection and selecting the monitor button which then opens another box called network monitor and here we find a long strip labeled show detailed network statistics. Click on this strip then you will find the first radio button selected. Select the second radio button then again select the first one to see the weird fonts.

I'll assign this to the maintainer, but I'd probably mark it as INVALID. I don't see any "weird" fonts. It's just whatever font the tool it uses to generate those graphical reports uses.

Hi Ashvin, I don't see any weird fonts here on Mageia 5 Cauldron x86-64 on XFCE after I follow your reproduction recipe after running net_monitor. Can you provide more details for why it may happen? Regards, -- Shlomi Fish

Created attachment 6930 [details] Output of printenv command
Dear Ashvin, (In reply to Jude Ashvin Lobo Shenoy from comment #12) > Created attachment 6930 [details] > Output of printenv command Please don't use OpenDocument Text to give me the output (especially without proper linebreaks). Just do from the command line: printenv > my_env.txt And upload my_env.txt. In the future perhaps look into this - http://www.mcsr.olemiss.edu/unixhelp/ .
This report saw no action since 6 years ago, therefore closing as OLD If this issue is still valid in current cauldron or Mageia 8, then please do printenv > my_env.txt reopen this report and attach my_env.txt to it.
