Description of problem:

xmlstarlet is a command-line tool to process XML files.
Mandriva 2010.1 shipped vesion 1.0.1, but development has seen a speedup recently with version 1.2.0 is available at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/xmlstar/

Please, add it to mageia

(on a side note, the binary x86_64 package from mdv2010.1 segfault on current mageia, but rebuilding it from the SRPM works fine)

Reading further, the segfault was maybe due to xmlstarlet 1.0 beeing statically linked to libxml and libxslt.
Since version 1.1 it is dynamically linked by default.
