Description of problem:
Based on this pool on Mageia forum, https://forums.mageia.org/en/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=203 a good number of people wants (at least) to remove the patch to KDELibs that force Iaora.

Please remove it in a next version, thanks.

Not yes, I say give it 1-2 months, more users, more votes, more indicative.

Well there's only one patch for iaora & if does not force the use of iaora but suggests iaora-qt instead of oxygen of kstyles.
How ever there's indeed some requires against iaora packages.
I personally want to also provide a « vanilla » kde so we'll probably go on a vanilla-kde4-config flavor & moving some requires over the kde4-config package.
So if we're still using iaroa as default kde theme, the end user will be able to install the vanilla-kde4 package to get ride of iaora requires.

ok we can now get ride of iaora by using the vanilla-kde4-config theme.
This config file still need some works but at least you can get ride of qt-style-iaora & kde iaora (thoses 2 packages are now required by default/netbook config file )
