Description of problem: urpm getting updated over and over again. it had been                updated once. now cant install packages.

How reproducible: by installing the update once through mageia software center

when i install through software center the package gets installed and restarts mageia software centre. this happens regularly. started from the last 2 days. if i try to install any package through commandline urpmi then i get a message saying segmentation fault.
