Description of problem:
This is an old bug which has reappeared and affects installs from USB sticks.  Two entries for the installation medium in fstab, for the USB device partition and for the iso directory on the stick.  These can be removed after booting and the stick removed for a clean reboot.

What did you try? The Beta?
If yes, there was a nasty bug where we failed to tag USB mass storage as removable disks:

Then that would be a duplicate of bug #14435

No, this was the release candidate.  I remember sending you an extract from the logs and I did think it had been fixed.
