Description of problem:

A new minor version of lyx solving some bugs is available. The list of changes is here: http://www.lyx.org/announce/2_1_3.txt

It would be good having it in Mageia 5. I am not sure if the release freeze date has already passed. If so I could test an update once Mageia 5 is released.
