Does the 3.19 release candidate kernel in core/updates_testing work?
(In reply to David Walser from comment #1) > Does the 3.19 release candidate kernel in core/updates_testing work? Yes - I used 3.19.0-rc7 However now the Wireless Intel Corporation PRO/Wireless 3945ABG does not find any networks.
OK by booting a much earlier kernel I managed to reconfigure the wireless and get it working again. It now works in 3.19.0-rc7 as well. @tmb During all this I found another minor bug. When the wireless network setup fails with a missing driver (I tried a dongle) the error message says that a driver *can* be found in the Mageia nonfree repositories (or words to that effect) when it should say *can not*. If this needs a separate report let me know.
Closing as fixed in later kernels.
