Because the changes of Twitch.tv, current livestreamer package in the repository won't work for twitch.tv.

The bug is already fixed in the upstream package, please update the package.

I'll ask for a freeze_push to update the package on 1.11.1 release the last one.

livestreamer-1.11.1 is now submitted on Cauldron.
