Where can I send them because I have no right with mgarepo ?

The package is in Mdv (that makes it more likely it'll get packaged for Mga)

I wasn't aware there is tilp and tilp2, I see you packaged tilp2

What is the difference between your package and the one Zombie Ryushu made?
