Great tool fo camera monitoring. 

Camera Monitor is a little system tray icon that monitors your Webcam activity. It is designed for the GNOME desktop, but should work as well on KDE and Xfce and MATE.

Assigning this package request to all packagers collectively. On a voluntary basis, one of them might want to integrate it to the distribution and maintain it for bug and security fixes.

Last commit for this project was 2012. The project is unmaintained since 10 years.
