Yabause is a Sega Saturn emulator under GNU GPL v3, there is already a package available for Fedora: 
http://pkgs.org/fedora-rawhide/rpmfusion-free-x86_64/yabause-0.9.13.1-2.fc21.x86_64.rpm.html

It shouldn't be extremely difficult to make it work with Mageia.

This project got abandoned 2016 and is unmaintained since.
