Thank you very much for the bug report.
I am not quite sure what "locales" you are using. Are you seeing this bug with both "locales" English and Spanish?
I don't have a local mga5 B1 installation. I cannot reproduce this bug in a cauldron 64 bit installation, using Okular as pdf viewer

I tried Spanish locales in my Mageia 5 beta installation, and the English locales using a liveCD in live mode. I also use Okular as PDF viewer.

Anyway, the problem might not be in the locales, because I managed to generate a document installing texlive-dist and texlive-texmf. Some required files seem to be in one of these packages. Maybe they should be installed with lyx

Thanks a lot for the hint. This will help. I may not be able to fix this until December 29. I'll be leaving town this coming Tuesday morning and I still have a few things to do.

using a liveCD in live mode?
How did you get lyx to run on a live-CD. According the list it's not on it.

Comment 6 Thomas Spuhler 2014-12-15 02:29:53 CET
I was able to duplicate this bug on the live-CD and also on my Cauldron after removing texlive-dist.
I have now added this as a Requires.
