Hello,

I'm checking my regional news at:

http://www.nsd.se/
http://www.kuriren.nu/

And quite often firefox crashes with no particular info other than this from dmesg:

[ 833.818203] Chrome_ChildThr[27616]: segfault at 0 ip 00007fdf775ed66d sp 00007fdf631bc520 error 6 in libmozalloc.so[7fdf775ec000+2000]

To clearify a bit. It's enough to just visit either http://www.nsd.se/ or http://www.kuriren.nu/ you don't have to click on anything.

And, I'm using adblocker, ghostery and latest flash.

I have not yet tried a clean profile.

Additionally, firefox does not crash each every time, it's more random.
Comment 3 Rémi Verschelde 2014-12-05 10:33:10 CET
Confirmed with firefox 31.3.0-1.mga5.

Can one of you attach gdb to firefox, wait for it to crash then get a backtrace ("bt").
It might be good to generate a core file in case we would need more info ("gcore")

Comment 6 Rémi Verschelde 2014-12-15 10:32:01 CET
I don't manage to reproduce the crashes anymore it seems, at least I opened those links a dozen of times each, and no crash.
Comment 7 Oden Eriksson 2014-12-15 10:53:40 CET
I just installed all the debug packages and ran gdb -p <pid> but firefox seemed to hang. Unresponsive.

Also I also cannot reproduce the crashes anymore.

Decreasing priority for now. Feel free to increase it again of needed or even close the bug
