According to our mirror.readme, the expected mirror size is around 700GB However, it is already 923GB (860GiB) and still growing. Maybe it is time to remove one or more no longer maintained Mageia versions? Also, there are test isos for bug 12549 on the mirror, that are no longer needed. (mageia/people/tmb/mga4/bugs/12549/)
An alternative to removing them entirely might be to move unsupported releases into a separate "old" directory, similar to what was done for Mandriva: ftp://distrib-coffee.ipsl.jussieu.fr/pub/linux/MandrivaLinux/old/ Mirrors could then choose whether or not to carry them. Distrib-coffee also has a "pre-history" directory for Mandriva: ftp://distrib-coffee.ipsl.jussieu.fr/pub/linux/mandriva-prehistory/ but I don't think Mageia is old enough to have a "pre-history" :)

Summary: mirror size is 223GB larger than expected => mirror size is twice the size mentioned by mirror.readme
