Description of problem:

When starting Rygel, the following error is shown on the console:
I/O warning : failed to load external entity "/usr/share/gupnp-av/didl-lite-v2.xsd"
Schemas parser error : Failed to locate the main schema resource at 
'/usr/share/gupnp-av/didl-lite-v2.xsd'.

Per https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=962166, the xsd files should not be in lib64gupnp-av-devel but in the runtime package.

1. Install Rygel
2. Enable tracker and gst-launch plugins in config
3. start rygel from command line

Those files should be in a new noarch subpackage. E.g. gupnp-av maybe. Then have libraries require that.

Source RPM: gupnp-tools-0.8.9-4.mga5.src.rpm => gupnp-av
