SPEC file

Standard ML of New Jersey (abbreviated SML/NJ) is a compiler for the Standard ML '97 programming language with associated libraries, tools, and documentation. SML/NJ is free, open source software. 

This programing language is used in the coursera course: "Programming languages" https://www.coursera.org/course/proglang

Using the spec file https://ricky.fedorapeople.org/pkgs/smlnj/smlnj.spec I have built the package and it works

Assigning this package request to all packagers collectively. On a voluntary basis, one of them might want to integrate it to the distribution and maintain it for bug and security fixes.
