Description of problem: tor-browser-linux64-4.0_fr fine worked before firefox was updated (last version: firefox-31.2.0-1.mga4.x86_64); since firefox was updated, it no longer works Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): tor-browser-linux64-4.0_fr this version, downloaded on the site www.torproject.org doesn't require any installation, just extract tor-browser-linux64-4.0_fr.tar.xz and run. the previous version of tor worked fine too. Not our problem, you are using a prebuilt tarball from an external site, nothing we can do about that... And looking on the above message: "Could not bind to 127.0.0.1:9151: Address already in use. Is Tor already running?" do you have a tor client already running ? you could try to reboot to clean out any stale running processes...
