Description of problem:
Install (from today's 64 bit beta1 iso) and in summary access the bootloader (legacy grub) configuration and see the buttons on the right hand side reading:
Below them are 2 more buttons, which should have shown up and down arrows but they don't display the arrows.
I have made a screenshot which I will attach when done with the install.

ph caused by a gtk3 concern.
This appears to me as being a different part of the theme (mine is a whole button, not a dropdown menu item). But IAMNE.
Valid for B1 build 3.

HTH: the live CD KDE w32 bits, doubtlessly using another theme, do not have this problem.

So basically this bug and bug 13673 would have the same cause.
