C&P from the pad, adding some arrows Live mode: 3 tries from USB on a 64bits laptop: _1st_try_ Could not see that I changed my language in the language choice screen, there was no highlight booting up normally ended, after a very long time without seeing any other choice screen in ==> "Please press <Enter> (or <Ctrl><J>) once the medium is removed." Pressing <enter> to shutdown works normally _2nd_Try_: Changed the language with F2 in the boot screen, and not touching anything in the language choice screen, except the button to continue. In all choice screens it is impossible to see what you choose. At some point I was returned to the language choice screen, but after that I saw the choice screens only one more time. This time, boot up ended with ==> "Oh no! Something has gone wrong." The system can't recover and only option is to log out, which can't be selected because the system is completely frozen. (But SysRq keycombi works _3rd_Try_: change language with F2 and add "systemd.unit=multi-user.target" to kernel options When I got the login prompt, there were still things being written to sdout, so it was hard to see I could login. Just entering "live" made me root. ==> The only tty available is tty1 ==> I could see the "live" I entered, but I can't see anything I try to enter after [root@localhost ~]# ==> After somehow getting the normal live user prompt, but it is a mess: when I enter something I see only part of my input and I get a messages about a password being incorrect. then I end up with the ==> "Please press <Enter> (or <Ctrl><J>) once the medium is removed." message again There is one additional message, now: ==> "[<some number>] VFS: busy inodes on changed media or resized disk sdb (I assume sdb is the USB key with the Live iso I booted from, and not the HD in the laptop?) Pressing <enter> works to shutdown

Roughly the same problems with other isos from same build: I was using optical disks and not touching language, but the rest applies more or less all to 64 bits KDE and GNOME dvds and GNOME LiveCd

Probably fixed since.
