[ 65.343] (EE) Failed to load module "v4l" (module does not exist, 0) Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Set run level 3 1. install fglrx video driver 2. ignore unable to instal ati video driver 3. reboot 4. startx Setting xdriver=vesa in /boot/grub/menu.lst will not work. poor workaround solution is to set xorg vesa video driver in mcc.
