Description of problem:
When I click on the red icon and enter my user password in the box no updates happens, and it starts to search for new updates.
urpmi --auto-update
works from a terminal.

It seems to be working again, at least on a Dell D420.

Too fast. After a reboot my password was not vefified after a click on "New updates". This could be related to the "screensaver unlock" problem.

This bug has now been fixed in cauldron
