qarte is useless as arte.tv site has changed

I have uploaded a updated package for Mageia 4.

You can test this by searching a video name, then clicking on it.
AFAIK, this tool only works with french,belgian or german IP@.

Testing procedure:

1. Install qarte 2.0.2-1.mga4 from core/updates
Launch it, a list of videos should generate itself.
Double click on a video, you should see an error dialog such as "Qarte can't find the URL. Reason: Page not valid".

2. Install qarte 2.2.0-1.mga4 from core/updates_testing
Launch it, and then double click on a video. It should now add it to the list on the right, and you can click the download button to get the video.

Feel free to try other functionalities of qarte to make sure that everything works as expected (change language to get video in German or in French).

Testing complete mga4 64

Confirmed the error message and confirmed it's fixed in the update.

I'm also able to download Videos with UK IP address.
