Description of problem:
urpmi fails to update kde-l10n-en_US

Installation failed:    file /usr/share/locale/en_US/entry.desktop from install of kdelibs4-core-2:4.6.3-3.mga1.i586 conflicts with file from package kde-l10n-en_US-2:4.6.1-3.mga1.i586

and

# LC_ALL=C urpmi kde-l10n-en_US
A requested package cannot be installed:
kde-l10n-en_US-4.6.3-0.mga1.noarch (in order to keep kde-l10n-en_US-4.6.1-3.mga1.i586)
Continue installation anyway? (Y/n)

It's a know issue & a mail was sent on -dev to prevent this.

This issue affect only cauldron & was due to a wrong change in mandriva package
we did not fix before pushing our package during the import.
You need to deinstall manually kde-l10n-en_US.
