Description of problem:
I accessed the "security" tab and and I tried to modify the configuration of "Configure system security, permissions and audit".  The process was slow going until frozen. The process msecgui.py was using 36% CPU.

Mageia 4.1, KDE 
msec-gui-0.80.10-14.mga4.x86_64.rpm

How reproducible:
Accessing the Mageia Control Center, the Security tab, and trying to set the option "Configure system security, permissions and audit"
