First, next time, please attach log file instead of pasting them (which makes them unreadable and make bug description huge with the interesting bits lost)

Those video cards date back from 1999 though they were later integrated in some VT837* so their max resolution would be quite low by today's standards.
Also this driver is no more actively maintained.

Here, it looks like the configured monitor cannot handle 1024x768 according to xorg configuration.
Can you first attach (not paste) your /etc/X11/xorg.conf file?
Then what is your monitor?
This is needed in order to check if the following ranges are the right ones for it:

(II) SAVAGE(0): monitor1: Using hsync range of 31.50-47.30 kHz
(II) SAVAGE(0): monitor1: Using vrefresh range of 56.00-59.87 Hz

Thanks for the help.
So i have configured the frequencys. Problem persist.
I have downgrade xorg and as a miracle xorg start without xorg.conf with a good resolution and no aliasing BUT keyboard is shutdown, evdev-input look like breacked.
So I formated and be back mga5 with this xorg.conf above and with same problems as the start :)

A piece of xorg.0.log :
[ 139.411] (EE) AIGLX: reverting to software rendering
[ 141.836] (EE) Error systemd-logind returned paused fd for drm node

Maybe it is possible to downgrade xorg and no evdev-input ? look like dangerous...

Ps : thanks for the rapid answer and sorry for spam i will try to do attention next.

Did you change something, or was the bug solved? Does it work out of the box with Mageia 5 RC?
