Description of problem:
calling konsole within KDE4 from the command line, or from the menu, the window cannot be moved from the upper left corner, AND the title bar is missing at the top of the window. Actually, the title bar is ALSO missing on other windows, but in most cases the window can be moved.

Fresh install of Mageia5-alpha1


How reproducible:
All the time. The bug has probably nothing to do with the konsole program, as it works fine when called within MATE.

Hardware: Dell Latitude D420
Graphics: Mobile 945GM/GSM, 943,940GML (Intel).

I have no idea about where the bug is hidden, but I can help with locating it.

It works now with the latest update from cauldron.
