Log file of the attempted compilation

While processing header lines in a latex document, pdflatex fails with the following message:

! LaTeX Error: File `ucs.sty' not found.

This code has run successfully in the past, most recently in April of this year.  The version of texlive is (?)

20130530-8.mga4

I have attached the log file.

Hi Ray,
Thanks for your bug report.
I am guessing that in April you were still using mga3. We changed texlive packaging between mga3 and mga4, so that many of the less used texlive modules are now in texlive-dist. Can you check if it is installed? Once installed, does that make the document production work?

Installation of texlive-dist made the problem go away.  Consider it solved.
