MGA4-64 on HP Probook 6555b KDE.
Installed first tomahawk 0.5.5-7 from repository.
I could not reproduce the problem, because applications likd digikam had already drawn in the sqlite packages.
Removed tomahawk and sqlite packages.
Installed tomahawk 0.5.5-7 from repository, now I could reproduce the problem.
Installed tomahawk 0.5.5-7.1 from testing repository, this draws in qt4-database-plugin-sqlite-4.8.5-7.mga4.x86_64 and tomahawk now can create its database and starts up.

MGA4-32 on Acer D620 Xfce.
This PC did not have the involved sqlite packages installed before.
I could reproduce the problem with tomahawk 0.5.5-7 , installing tomahawk 0.5.5-7.1 from testing repository, resolves the problem as in Comment 3

Cobbling together some info to validate this with as Nicolas forgot to add himself in CC.
